Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely reporting support to the client service team, reviewing weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reports.
  • Ensure reports are error-free, correctly formatted, and reflect accurate data.
  • Follow client-specific cadences, delivering reports on time.
  • Proactively address potential client questions before they arise.
  • Collaborate with the client service team, offering support as needed and communicating your availability for additional tasks.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and terminology to continuously grow and learn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools.
  • A proactive, eager approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Ability to manage varying workloads and occasional time constraints.
  • Strong organizational skills, always staying ahead of tasks.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Advertising/Marketing is a plus.
