Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely reporting support to the client service team, reviewing weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reports.
- Ensure reports are error-free, correctly formatted, and reflect accurate data.
- Follow client-specific cadences, delivering reports on time.
- Proactively address potential client questions before they arise.
- Collaborate with the client service team, offering support as needed and communicating your availability for additional tasks.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and terminology to continuously grow and learn.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools.
- A proactive, eager approach to tasks and challenges.
- Ability to manage varying workloads and occasional time constraints.
- Strong organizational skills, always staying ahead of tasks.
- Capable of working independently and within a team.
- 1-2 years of experience in Advertising/Marketing is a plus.
