
Account Planner
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and communicating campaign performance, insights and recommendations
- Function as a liaison between your clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding/launch and throughout the entirety of campaigns
- Review and deliver reporting – having a keen eye for details
- Anticipate and address client needs and concerns (ideally before they arise)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex campaigns effectively
- Work closely with our internal teams, utilizing them as a resource for your clients’ success
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Client Service team and the company as a whole
Requirements
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week)
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years experience in the Advertising/Marketing industry
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps
- A proactive and eager attitude
- Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure
- Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
