Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and communicating campaign performance, insights and recommendations
  • Function as a liaison between your clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding/launch and throughout the entirety of campaigns
  • Review and deliver reporting – having a keen eye for details
  • Anticipate and address client needs and concerns (ideally before they arise)
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex campaigns effectively
  • Work closely with our internal teams, utilizing them as a resource for your clients’ success
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Client Service team and the company as a whole

Requirements

  • Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years experience in the Advertising/Marketing industry
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps
  • A proactive and eager attitude
  • Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
