Ad Tech Operations Specialist

As the platform grows, the team is looking for an Ad Tech Operations Specialist who will play a key role in optimizing ad performance, managing partner relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the platform's advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with BD team to onboard and launch new partners, solve issues and increase profitability.
- Day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and environments, including display, video, audio, ctv, inapp, web.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data to identify trends and insights, optimise.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and delivery.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on campaign performance for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with third-party vendors and partners to address any discrepancies, issues and/or opportunities to scale.
- Implement and enforce best practices for ad trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
- Write instructions and regulations in Notion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ad operations, digital advertising, or a related role.
- Proficiency with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Publica, SpringServe, Adtelligent).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Similar Web).
- Familiarity with the operation of fraud detection platforms (e.g., Human, Moat, Protected Media, Pixalate)
- Understanding the operation, setup, and troubleshooting of different types of publishers including CTV, Inapp, and especially Web
- Understanding the specifics of programmatic inventory buying and selling
- Knowledge of terminology such as VAST, oRTB, SSP, DSP, Exchange, DMP, Ads.txt, schain and the concepts behind them
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
