We're looking for a sharp mind to launch, optimize, and elevate curated deals across leading SSPs. If you love turning data into strategy, collaborating with sales, and driving smarter buying decisions — this is your chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize curated deals across different ssp platforms: Microsoft Curate, OpenX, Pubmatic, Index Exchange etc.
  • Prepare allowlists and blacklists for agencies and advertisers, create different audience segments and keep them up-to-date
  • Prepare reports from the platforms and track progress of deals.
  • Analyze data from platforms and client reports, test ideas about buying strategies, and suggest ways to improve them.
  • Participate in developing and testing research hypotheses, analyze the data and provide clear and holistic summaries for the sales team and managers.
  • Day-to-day communication with the sales team: helping them with forecasts and providing.
  • Understand and use additional details from planning tools in the platforms.
  • Contribute in enhancing the team and company knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a media or digital agency, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Programmatic ad campaigns: at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Xandr, Amazon Ads or other.
  • Analytical Mindset and data interpretation: A knack for crunching numbers paired with an intuitive approach to problem-solving. You are capable of extracting key insights from data and explaining them to colleagues.
  • Clear Communicator: Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Team Spirit: You're a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Power Point, Google Analytics, data visualization and reporting tools.
