Business Development Manager

• Identify and acquire new supply and demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, networks, publishers, app developers)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across the programmatic landscape
• Negotiate and close high-impact commercial agreements that drive mutual growth
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless partner integrations
• Monitor partner performance and industry trends to uncover new opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Serve as the voice of partners internally to influence product and strategy

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within digital advertising
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
