
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new supply and demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, networks, publishers, app developers)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across the programmatic landscape
- Negotiate and close high-impact commercial agreements that drive mutual growth
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless partner integrations
- Monitor partner performance and industry trends to uncover new opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Serve as the voice of partners internally to influence product and strategy
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within digital advertising
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling strategic partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience with mobile, CTV, or audio inventory
- Existing network of DSP/SSP and ad tech contacts
- Familiarity with major ad tech platforms and tools
