Business Development Representative
USA (Remote) · Growth
Responsibilities
- Identify new prospective customer accounts & relevant contacts through research
- Execute strategic omnichannel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn/social) to develop relationships with prospects and set Discovery Calls/Demos for the Growth Team
- Ensure all activities are accurately reported and tracked in HubSpot CRM
- Leverage various resources & technology (HubSpot CRM, Apollo/Outreach, ZoomInfo, Winmo, Goody, LinkedIn SalesNavigator)
- Serve as sales support for Growth Directors to help push deals forward after the initial Discovery Call/Demo with the prospect
- Cross-collaborate with Planning, Growth, and Business Development teams
- Curate & post relevant LinkedIn content to build personal brand and company awareness amongst network
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, tech, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Meet and/or achieve quotas as it pertains to activity metrics (number of calls, emails, LinkedIn messages), meetings set, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) resulting from meetings set, and revenue generated from meetings set
Requirements
- Interest in building a career in sales
- 0-12 months experience in B2B sales/business development experience
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills
- Strong intellectual and emotional intelligence
- Motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Experience with competition/achievement/athletics is a plus, but not required
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Cold calling and sales training is a plus, but not required
