Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers and an account planner to help them achieve their professional goals and deliver exceptional client service.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and align on strategic objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts of your own, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide strategic guidance and tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our reporting according to client needs and objectives.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client growth and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement alongside our Growth, MPO and Strategy teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MPO, Growth, Strategy, Planning) to ensure integrated and effective campaign execution.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, project status, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally, setting the gold standard for our department.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client service/account management within a digital advertising agency or related industry
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams to achieve high performance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinker with a client-centric approach and a knack for problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising channels, trends, and best practices.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
