We’re looking for a Client Service Team Lead to join AiDigital and drive impact across our portfolio of fast-growing brands. If you're a digital advertising pro with a passion for building strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams — we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and a planner, fostering a collaborative, client-first culture.
- Oversee strategic planning and execution for key accounts, delivering outstanding service and tangible business results.
- Serve as the main point of contact for top-tier clients — you’ll be both a trusted advisor and a hands-on problem solver.
- Work cross-functionally with Growth, MPO, Strategy, and Planning to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and translate insights into action.
- Champion clear, proactive communication across clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years in client service/account management, ideally in digital advertising or agency environments.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment — with excellent organization and prioritization skills.
