Coordinate effectively with internal teams (MPO, Growth, Planning) to keep projects on track and align with client expectations.
Communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written updates, presenting campaign performance and insights compellingly.
Present data and insights in an understandable way that highlights results and actionable insights for clients.
Possess a solid understanding of major digital advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, META, Google Ads) and tools used at AI Digital.
Adapt quickly to new tools and platforms, with a high-level grasp of campaign setups, optimizations, and reporting to facilitate cross-team communication.
Identify issues and campaign challenges proactively, collaborating with internal teams to implement effective and timely solutions.
Remain flexible in adapting to changing client requests and market trends, while maintaining resilience in handling client expectations.
Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platforms, and best practices, demonstrating enthusiasm for continuous learning and industry innovation.
Requirements
Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week)
Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
5+ years experience in an Account Management role (agency background a huge plus)
Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps
Advanced spoken French
A proactive and eager attitude
Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure
Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
