Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, goals, and business challenges.
- Proactively address client concerns and consistently seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Anticipate client needs and identify growth opportunities within small to midsize accounts to drive incremental value.
- Review reports and dashboards from the client’s perspective, identifying and addressing any concerns promptly with internal teams.
- Demonstrate excellent organization and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely deliverables and updates.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (MPO, Growth, Planning) to keep projects on track and align with client expectations.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written updates, presenting campaign performance and insights compellingly.
- Present data and insights in an understandable way that highlights results and actionable insights for clients.
- Possess a solid understanding of major digital advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, META, Google Ads) and tools used at AI Digital.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and platforms, with a high-level grasp of campaign setups, optimizations, and reporting to facilitate cross-team communication.
- Identify issues and campaign challenges proactively, collaborating with internal teams to implement effective and timely solutions.
- Remain flexible in adapting to changing client requests and market trends, while maintaining resilience in handling client expectations.
- Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platforms, and best practices, demonstrating enthusiasm for continuous learning and industry innovation.
Requirements
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week).
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 5+ years experience in an Account Management role (agency background a huge plus).
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps.
- Advanced spoken French.
- A proactive and eager attitude.
- Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
