Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Identify growth opportunities in small to midsize accounts to drive value.
  • Analyze reports from the client’s perspective and resolve issues with internal teams.
  • Manage multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring timely deliverables and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (MPO, Growth, Planning) to align projects with client expectations.
  • Present campaign insights concisely, making data actionable.
  • Stay proficient in digital ad platforms (DV360, META, Google Ads) and adapt quickly to new tools. Identify and resolve campaign challenges proactively.
  • Stay flexible to client needs and market trends while continuously learning and innovating.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 5+ years experience in an Account Management role (agency background a huge plus).
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps.
  • A proactive and eager attitude.
  • Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
