Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
Identify growth opportunities in small to midsize accounts to drive value.
Analyze reports from the client’s perspective and resolve issues with internal teams.
Manage multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring timely deliverables and clear communication.
Collaborate with internal teams (MPO, Growth, Planning) to align projects with client expectations.
Present campaign insights concisely, making data actionable.
Stay proficient in digital ad platforms (DV360, META, Google Ads) and adapt quickly to new tools. Identify and resolve campaign challenges proactively.
Stay flexible to client needs and market trends while continuously learning and innovating.
Requirements
Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week).
Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
3+ years experience in an Account Management role (agency background a huge plus).
Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps.
A proactive and eager attitude.
Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure.
Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
