Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
- Identify growth opportunities in small to midsize accounts to drive value.
- Analyze reports from the client’s perspective and resolve issues with internal teams.
- Manage multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring timely deliverables and clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (MPO, Growth, Planning) to align projects with client expectations.
- Present campaign insights concisely, making data actionable.
- Stay proficient in digital ad platforms (DV360, META, Google Ads) and adapt quickly to new tools. Identify and resolve campaign challenges proactively.
- Stay flexible to client needs and market trends while continuously learning and innovating.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- 3+ years experience in an Account Management role (agency background a huge plus).
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps.
- A proactive and eager attitude.
- Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
