Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive 60-minute online English lessons for employee groups (approx. 5–10 participants) on a weekly basis.
  • Lead additional speaking clubs twice a week and facilitate a company-wide reading club to strengthen conversational skills.
  • Design 4–6-week mini-programs focused on business topics, presentations, and real-life English.
  • Adapt lesson content to company needs, creating industry-specific vocabulary and thematic courses on request.
  • Provide optional follow-up materials or light homework to encourage self-study.
  • Track participant progress through pre- and post-program assessments and share measurable results.
  • Recommend program adjustments and support scaling the training as demand grows, including onboarding additional teachers if needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Linguistics, English, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of teaching experience, including corporate or business-English training.
  • Recognized teaching certification and an advanced English-proficiency certificate.
  • Proven ability to design interactive, conversation-driven lessons and adapt to different English levels.
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to engage busy professionals and keep them motivated.
