We’re currently seeking a part-time Creative Assistant to support our creative operations and help keep projects running smoothly. This role requires about 4 hours a day.

Responsibilities

Task Coordination

  • Accept creative production tasks from client teams in Asana.
  • Review briefs and assist teams in clarifying tasks if necessary.
  • Distribute tasks among outsourced designers.


Project Monitoring

  • Keep projects on track by monitoring deadlines, sending reminders, and ensuring designers stay on schedule.
  • Review creatives and provide feedback to ensure alignment with tasks and client expectations.
  • Coordinate updates based on client feedback to ensure revisions are implemented accurately.
  • Perform final quality checks before sending creatives to the client.
  • Work with Upwork to find and manage tasks related to audio creatives.


Operational Management

  • Search for and negotiate terms with new designers to grow our creative team when needed.
  • Handle invoices and ensure timely payments to designers.
  • Maintain and refine internal documentation for a smooth operational flow.

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of basic design principles and creative production processes (no need to create designs independently);
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in project management, creative coordination, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher);
