Data Analyst

We're looking for a versatile and proactive Data Analyst/Data Engineer to join our Product team. You will play an integral role in developing and managing product data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Help product team in developing product solutions and automation of product related data flows and analysis.
• Implement and automate data processes using Apache Airflow.
• Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models using Python and Google Colab.
• Write scripts in Google Apps Script for automation and data processing tasks.
• Manage and query databases effectively using MySQL and Google BigQuery.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines from raw databases to analytics-ready datasets.
• Prepare, clean, and structure data for visualization in dashboards and BI tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives.
• Continuously improve data quality, documentation, and reporting processes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 4+ years experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience within the AdTech industry beneficial.
• Understanding of programmatic advertising and digital marketing metrics.
• Proven experience in data analysis and pipeline creation.
• Proficient in Python, including experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and other relevant data science libraries.
• Experience with Apache Airflow or similar workflow automation tools.
• Strong SQL skills, including hands-on experience with MySQL and Google BigQuery.
• Comfortable working with Google Scripts and developing in Google Colab environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or similar is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.

• Screening Interview (Up to 45 minutes) – Initial conversation with a recruiter.
• Technical Interview (Up to 45 minutes) – Meet with the System Administrator for an in-depth discussion, including a presentation of your test assignment.
• Test Assignment (2 days) – Complete a task to showcase your skills.
• Final Interview (Up to 30 minutes) - Additional discussion with relevant department leaders.
