Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely entry of all advertising campaign information into the CRM/ERP system.
- Regular tracking and updating of campaign statuses.
- Ensuring that campaign documentation in the CRM is always organized, consistent, and up-to-date.
- Gathering required campaign details from managers and cross-functional teams.
- Assisting with data collection and reconciliation related to invoicing and end-of-month closing.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage structured documentation.
- Basic proficiency with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or campaign operations is a plus, but not required.
