Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely entry of all advertising campaign information into the CRM/ERP system.
  • Regular tracking and updating of campaign statuses.
  • Ensuring that campaign documentation in the CRM is always organized, consistent, and up-to-date.
  • Gathering required campaign details from managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Assisting with data collection and reconciliation related to invoicing and end-of-month closing.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage structured documentation.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and internal tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or campaign operations is a plus, but not required.
