Graphic Designer (Presentations & Decks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication goals.
• Collaborate with strategy, sales, and marketing teams to understand objectives, key messages, and target audiences.
• Turn rough concepts, outlines, and content drafts into polished, professional presentations.
• Create and refine templates, layouts, and visual systems to streamline team workflows.
• Enhance data storytelling through charts, graphs, infographics, and other visual elements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Optimize presentations for various formats (internal, client-facing, conferences, webinars, etc.).
• Stay current on presentation design trends, tools, and best practices.

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or presentation design.
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proven experience designing pitch decks, one sheeters, and tender response presentations.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories.
• Skilled in creating infographics, data visualizations, and charts.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop) is a must.
• Proficiency in English is a big plus.
