We are launching a new AdOps unit — BrandWorks — to support brand-direct clients with a full-funnel approach across Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search.

We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader to build this unit from the ground up: setting up workflows, leading the initial team, and ensuring high-quality delivery for top-tier advertisers.

This role is perfect for a strong senior manager or early director ready to step into a bigger leadership position. It comes with a clear growth path: as the unit scales, this role will evolve into a Senior Director position with broader strategic ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the new BrandWorks AdOps unit, starting with a small core team
  • Act as the operational lead for brand-direct clients in collaboration with Growth, Strategy, and Client Services
  • Develop and implement workflows and SOPs for campaign planning, execution, and reporting
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor initial team members (team leads & specialists)
  • Guide the team in campaign setup, pacing, troubleshooting, and optimization across Programmatic, Social, and Search
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align media execution with client goals
  • Track performance and provide insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in digital media operations (Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search)
  • 2+ years of team management (pods, team leads, or small departments)
  • Hands-on platform knowledge and experience managing complex campaigns
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional settings
  • Fluent English (C1+)
