
Junior System Administrator

Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide administration and troubleshooting for Windows, MacOS, Google Workspace/Cloud, Microsoft 365, and other software/web services.
- Access Management: Manage user access efficiently by promptly issuing and revoking permissions across various systems and services.
- Cybersecurity Management: Help enforce cybersecurity policies, monitor and test backups, oversee secure data storage and sharing.
- Documentation Management: Develop and maintain IT-related documentation and instructions.
- Domain & Network Management: Handle domain configurations, manage VPN access, and maintain secure system access protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about all company-owned devices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with system administration for Windows, MacOS, and cloud-based services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to train and assist users in utilizing IT tools effectively.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
- Understanding of domain management, networking, and VPN configurations.
- Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management / Mobile Device Management software will be a plus.
- Fluent or conversational English (B2/C1+).
