
Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate company presence at industry events, conferences, and offsites in collaboration with the Growth team
- Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and branding for external Growth events
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, decks, and other presentations assigned by different teams
- Work with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to deliver creative assets
- Lead company-wide merchandise initiatives — from ideation to production to distribution
- Curate and coordinate thoughtful, on-brand client gifts for key moments and milestones
- Manage inventory, budgets, shipping, and personalization logistics
- Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns aligned with key business goals
- Work with designers and developers to develop and distribute internal and external newsletters (HubSpot)
- Maintain email lists and performance analytics
- Support cross-functional marketing requests from Growth, Strategy, People & Culture (HR), and Leadership
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Requirements
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency, media, or tech environment
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Strong eye for branding, design, and storytelling
- Experience with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, HubSpot, Asana (or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Experience with lead generation activities is a big advantage
- Hands-on, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- High attention to detail and passion for building brand equity
