Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate company presence at industry events, conferences, and offsites in collaboration with the Growth team 
  • Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and branding for external Growth events 
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, decks, and other presentations assigned by different teams
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to deliver creative assets
  • Lead company-wide merchandise initiatives — from ideation to production to distribution
  • Curate and coordinate thoughtful, on-brand client gifts for key moments and milestones
  • Manage inventory, budgets, shipping, and personalization logistics
  • Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns aligned with key business goals
  • Work with designers and developers to develop and distribute internal and external newsletters (HubSpot)
  • Maintain email lists and performance analytics
  • Support cross-functional marketing requests from Growth, Strategy, People & Culture (HR), and Leadership
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency, media, or tech environment
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Strong eye for branding, design, and storytelling
  • Experience with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, HubSpot, Asana (or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
  • Experience with lead generation activities is a big advantage
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
  • High attention to detail and passion for building brand equity
