Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in executing and optimizing social campaigns toward media or performance KPIs.
Proven in managing social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Knowledge of audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and bidding strategies in the context of paid social advertising.
Fluent English B2+
