Responsibilities

Publisher & SSP Management:

  • Onboard and manage publishers and SSPs across CTV, mobile in-app, and mobile web, ensuring proper integration, tagging, traffic validation, and ad quality compliance.
  • Monitor inventory performance metrics including fill rate, CPM, discrepancy rates, and viewability across all formats.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, latency, and integration—especially for CTV, mobile SDKs, and VAST/VPAID implementations.
  • Maintain high standards for ad quality, brand safety, and fraud prevention across all supply channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with business development, client success, and engineering teams to support publisher growth and technical scalability.
  • Collaborate with engineering to improve supply-side platform functionality and resolve bugs or inefficiencies.
  • Use performance data to identify optimization opportunities and implement yield-enhancing strategies.

Industry Awareness:

  • Stay current on trends and standards in CTV, mobile, and programmatic advertising, including OpenRTB, VAST, and compliance regulations (GDPR, COPPA, etc.).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in ad operations or supply-side programmatic roles, preferably with exposure to CTV and mobile environments.
  • Strong understanding of RTB, ad serving, and programmatic monetization.
  • Experience with SSPs, SDKs, and analytics platforms (Excel, Looker, SQL).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and project management skills.
  • Follow established workflows while actively identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Prebid, OpenRTB, and advanced video formats (e.g., CTV VAST/VPAID).
  • Experience with fraud prevention tools (e.g., Human, Pixalate).
  • Knowledge of yield optimization strategies for mobile and CTV.
