Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new client opportunities: assess technical/reporting needs, pricing, resource estimates, and potential value-adds.
  • Analyze and manage the client portfolio, prioritizing key accounts to optimize profitability, workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare reports and propose actions (e.g., growth, restructure, phase-out) to support portfolio strategy decisions.
  • Support client onboarding and integration, ensuring smooth adoption of execution, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable language.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting, campaign insights, optimization, and understanding agency capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate setup, integration, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Proactively identify and address risks or challenges.
  • Act as an internal expert on integration, contributing to process optimization, scalability, and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-priority client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and other related services.
  • Experience in strategy development and planning for digital marketing campaigns
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong client communication skills, including presenting strategies, tactics, optimizations, and campaign results, as well as handling day-to-day communication and status updates
  • Strong understanding of the difference between Performance and Media (tools, objectives, KPIs, analytics)
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
