People Partner

We are looking for an empathetic and proactive People Partner to support several dynamic departments, comprising in total almost 90 talented people. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by shaping the employee experience, offering hands-on HR support, and creating a positive and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Act as the go-to HR partner for team members, addressing day-to-day people-related questions and concerns with high-quality solutions.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and organizing impactful employee events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Policy & Benefit Support: Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and work arrangements, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (conduct exit interviews and oversee proper handover coordination).
- Manager Collaboration: Partner with managers to offer guidance on employee relations, performance feedback, and career development planning.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator for employee concerns or conflicts, ensuring fair, professional, and respectful outcomes.
- HR Program Implementation: Support the rollout of HR programs and initiatives that align with company goals and enhance employee well-being.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute employee events and corporate activities to strengthen the team culture.
- Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and track participation to ensure the professional growth of team members.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years in a People Partner or similar role.
- Prior experience supporting a team of 50+ employees, with hands-on involvement in various HR tasks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Rippling is a plus).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written, B2+ level or higher).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks independently.

Steps of the selection process:
- Screening Interview (45 minutes) with the Head of Recruitment
- Test Assignment (2 days)
- Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes): Meet with the HR Director and Head of People Partner for an in-depth discussion, including a presentation of your test assignment.
