We’re seeking an empathetic and proactive People Partner to support two key departments: Growth and Client Service, comprising almost 70 talented people . In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing the employee experience, providing hands-on HR support, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Act as the go-to HR partner for team members, addressing day-to-day people-related questions and concerns with high-quality solutions.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and organizing impactful employee events to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Policy & Benefit Support: Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and work arrangements, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes (conduct exit interviews and oversee proper handover coordination).
  • Manager Collaboration: Partner with managers to offer guidance on employee relations, performance feedback, and career development planning.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator for employee concerns or conflicts, ensuring fair, professional, and respectful outcomes.
  • HR Program Implementation: Support the rollout of HR programs and initiatives that align with company goals and enhance employee well-being.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute employee events and corporate activities to strengthen the team culture.
  • Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and track participation to ensure the professional growth of team members.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of general HR experience, with at least 2 years in a People Partner or similar role.
  • Prior experience supporting a team of 50+ employees, with hands-on involvement in various HR tasks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Rippling is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks independently.

Steps of the selection process:

  1. Screening Interview (45 minutes) with the Head of Recruitment
  2. Test Assignment (2 days)
  3. Final Interview (Up to 60 minutes): Meet with the HR Director and Head of People Partner for an in-depth discussion, including a presentation of your test assignment.
