Own and manage the company’s PR strategy, media outreach, and press relationships, including with low-tier and top-tier publishers.
Develop and maintain a proactive communications calendar that encompasses PR, awards, speaking engagements, podcasts, and announcements.
Write and pitch thought leadership articles, press releases, and commentary to industry publications.
Own Press releases from creation to publication and distribution
Identify key media opportunities and ensure AI Digital is represented in relevant stories, rankings, and roundups.
Collaborate with leadership to draft executive profiles, talking points, and strategic content for public use, including key industry media and reputable carriers like Forbes, Business Insider, Entrepreneur, etc.
Own awards, podcast invitations, and nominations pipeline by sourcing relevant submissions, writing entries, and tracking progress
Support LinkedIn visibility efforts by repurposing content and amplifying key stories in collaboration with the social media manager.
Track coverage, analyze PR impact, and present performance reports with strategic recommendations
Create earned media and paid media PR reporting for department management
Ensure to incorporate social listening and brand mention monitoring tools, and make actionable decisions based on the findings
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, preferably in tech, media, adtech or B2B SaaS
Proven success pitching to and securing coverage in industry outlets (e.g., Adweek, AdExchanger, MarTech, TechCrunch)
Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to craft compelling copy for multiple formats
Strong understanding of PR measurement and content strategy
Experience managing awards calendars and event-related communications specifically for US and Canadian markets
Fluent English (C2);
Confident communicator working across teams and executive levels
Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple storylines at once
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with the adtech, programmatic, or AI media landscape
Experience working with executive comms or ghostwriting
Proven PR success cases for the US and Canadian markets
