
Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the customer before, during, and after product launches—ensuring market needs and feedback directly influence messaging and development
- Define and evolve the positioning and messaging for the Elevate platform across different audiences, including agencies, brands, and internal stakeholders
- Own the positioning and messaging of new products and features, aligning them with market trends, client pain points, and competitive differentiation
- Translate technical features into compelling value propositions and user stories
- Work closely with Sales and Product Management to ensure tight feedback loops, shared insights, and aligned roadmaps
- Drive product adoption and advocacy by equipping teams with high-impact enablement tools (one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, case studies, etc.)
- Collaborate with Client Service and Growth (Sales) teams to document and shape real-world user cases that prove product-market fit and performance impact
- Help build and maintain high-impact enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQ docs, battle cards, public knowledge base, and solution overviews
- Stay close to client feedback, competitor moves, and market dynamics to inform positioning and future roadmap directions
- Support broader marketing and thought leadership initiatives by turning product insights into content, workshops, and strategic campaigns
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in digital advertising, martech, or SaaS
- Proven track record of supporting product launches and leading GTM strategy from concept to execution, preferably in AdTech
- Strong storytelling and writing skills; ability to simplify complex topics and create audience-relevant messaging
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of how to measure campaign impact and improve over time
- Familiarity with agile product development processes and how to embed marketing into sprint cycles
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English (C2)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with and/or understanding of the programmatic advertising, DSPs, or audience segmentation tools
- Experience marketing B2B AI-powered products
- Experience developing marketing content for both sales teams and external thought leadership
- Experience with driving community-led growth
- Comfortable interfacing with executive-level stakeholders
