Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Product Readiness and Launch Support
- Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure all operational, technical, and support teams are aligned and ready for product launches.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Media Optimization, and Customer Success teams to enable seamless integration and readiness for each product rollout.
- Create and manage detailed launch plans, including checklists, training materials, and go-live resources, to support both internal and external stakeholders.
Feedback Collection and Product Improvement
- Develop and implement effective feedback loops to capture insights from users and stakeholders.
- Leverage feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and operational processes.
Issue Resolution and Escalation
- Actively monitor platform usage to identify and address unexpected technical issues.
- Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate engineering teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal client disruption.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in managerial roles within AdTech, DSPs, or agencies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AdTech, DSP technologies, and the programmatic marketplace.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategies and decisions.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (B2+) to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
