Programmatic Partnerships and Solutions Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead vendor management efforts, ensuring strong relationships with partners and traffic providers.
- Work closely with vendors and publishers to integrate them into our ecosystem.
- Oversee and optimize onboarding processes for vendors, in collaboration with the Supply Operations Manager.
- Manage a team focused on integrations and solutions, providing leadership and guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Strategy and Planning, to ensure our solutions align with business goals.
- Work closely with the AdOps team to find the best solutions for current and future campaigns and tasks.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure optimal performance and accurate onboarding processes.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the programmatic and advertising ecosystem, including tools and technologies.
- Implement best practices to streamline business processes and ensure they align with industry standards.
- Manage the current technology stack, oversee all integrated partners, and perform regular audits.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure the current ecosystem meets all product-related goals.
- Participate in and facilitate tests for product-related tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising within platforms and digital agencies.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to programmatic advertising and supply ecosystems.
- Bachelor or Master degree in applied mathematics, statistics or in related field is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem solving state of mind. Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with Python, Java or any other programming languages is a huge advantage.
- Leadership experience, ideally in a team lead role.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a focus on business communication.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
