Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting interviews.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pool to ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates (we use Huntflow).
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and support HR team (These projects may involve talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, performance management enhancements, or any other HR-related projects).
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve and optimize recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree would be an advantage.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Recruiter, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
