Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM Management & Optimization

  • Own the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless integration with AI Digital’s sales and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within HubSpot, implementing best practices for CRM usage, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Develop automations, workflows, and dashboards to support the sales team’s efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Enhance real-time dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key revenue metrics.
  • Analyze sales and media buying data to identify trends, revenue opportunities, and potential inefficiencies.
  • Provide insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions around sales strategy, client segmentation, and forecasting.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Partner with the CRO, sales leadership, and marketing team to optimize lead flow, attribution, and sales enablement processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to measure campaign effectiveness and ensure seamless handoff of leads to the sales team.
  • Support pricing model analysis and ensure alignment between client objectives and AI Digital’s business model.

Process Optimization &Strategic Execution

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Streamline deal flow, contract management, and forecasting to support revenue acceleration.
  • Develop scalable processes to support AI Digital’s continued growth, including territory management, account segmentation, and expansion planning.

Training &Enablement

  • Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on CRM best practices, reporting tools, and data hygiene.
  • Act as the go-to resource for HubSpot adoption, ensuring the sales team is leveraging the platform effectively.
  • Assist in building playbooks, documentation, and training materials for new hires and existing team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within adtech, martech, or media.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience extracting insights from data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience in media buying, programmatic advertising, or adtech operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with automating workflows, data visualization, and performance tracking is a plus.
