
Senior Director, BrandWorks

We're building a new high-impact AdOps unit to support Brand-Direct clients with a full-funnel approach (AiDigital BrandWorks) - from pre-planning to post-campaign analytics. We need the leader of this unit, responsible for designing the processes, hiring and growing the team, and serving as a senior partner to Growth and Client Services.
They should bring proven agency-side experience, deep operational understanding of digital channels (Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search), and the ability to translate complex client needs into scalable, high-quality execution. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing AdOps unit dedicated to Brand-Direct clients
- Act as main operational point of contact for strategic clients together with Growth & Client Service
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle: pre-planning, launch, optimization, and reporting
- Develop and optimize workflows tailored to the needs of direct advertisers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Strategy, Planning, Client Service and Analytics teams
- Work closely with Planning and Strategy leads to ensure media execution aligns with broader campaign strategy
- Guide and support the AdOps team in campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Monitor campaign performance and margin at a high level
- Build scalable documentation and SOPs to ensure consistent delivery quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital media operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing complex omnichannel campaigns for high-touch clients
- Hands-on knowledge of Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search platforms and ecosystem
- Experience working with conversion tracking frameworks, attribution models, and advanced reporting
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from campaign and audience data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to liaise with senior client teams and internal cross-functional groups
- Experience building and scaling processes/SOPs in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working in both strategic and hands-on capacities
- Ability to hire, coach, and grow a team with diverse specializations
- Fluency in English (C1+)
