We're building a new high-impact AdOps unit to support Brand-Direct clients with a full-funnel approach (AiDigital BrandWorks) - from pre-planning to post-campaign analytics. We need the leader of this unit, responsible for designing the processes, hiring and growing the team, and serving as a senior partner to Growth and Client Services.
They should bring proven agency-side experience, deep operational understanding of digital channels (Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search), and the ability to translate complex client needs into scalable, high-quality execution. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.
