Responsibilities
Be the Architect of Campaigns: Take the lead in executing complex advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms for clients from a wide range of industries, including FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, education, and others.
Optimize Through Data: Monitor campaign performance employing advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.
Insights That Matter: Prepare detailed reports encompassing campaign metrics, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancements.

Requirements
Digital Marketing Expertise: At least 3-4 years in a digital marketing agency, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Platform Expertise: Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads e.t.c
Mentorship Mindset: You enjoy sharing knowledge, guiding teammates, and helping others grow their skills to deliver stronger campaign results.
Strong Communicator: You can translate data and insights into clear, actionable ideas that resonate with both clients and colleagues.
