Join our team as a Senior Media Optimization Manager, where you'll lead ad campaign execution, uncover actionable insights, solve performance challenges, and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Architect of Campaigns: Take the lead in executing complex advertising campaigns across multiple programmatic platforms for clients from a wide range of industries, including FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, education, and others.
  • Optimize Through Data: Monitor campaign performance employing advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.
  • Insights That Matter: Prepare detailed reports encompassing campaign metrics, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
  • Empower Collaboration: Partner with the team to streamline workflows and hit campaign goals.
  • Grow Future Talent: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to strengthen their programmatic expertise and confidence.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: At least 3-4 years in a digital marketing agency, where you've honed your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads e.t.c
  • Mentorship Mindset: You enjoy sharing knowledge, guiding teammates, and helping others grow their skills to deliver stronger campaign results.
  • Strong Communicator: You can translate data and insights into clear, actionable ideas that resonate with both clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: You love digging into numbers, finding patterns, and turning challenges into smart, data-backed solutions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).
