Responsibilities

  • Create and Conquer: Develop and execute paid search strategies across leading search engines, especially Google Ads.
  • Strategize Smartly: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to build effective ad campaigns.
  • Optimize for Success: Set up and enhance paid search campaigns, focusing on precise ad group organization and strategic keyword selection.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Write engaging ad copy and design landing pages that maximize click-through and conversion rates.
  • Analyze and Adapt: Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids and budgets as needed, and ensure we’re hitting our targets.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Use A/B testing to refine ad and landing page elements for optimal performance.
  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor junior and mid-level specialists, sharing your knowledge and guiding them in paid search advertising.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our English-speaking Client Service team to understand and meet client needs effectively.

Requirements

  • Google Ads Mastery: At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and ad group management.
  • Tool Proficiency: Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track performance and generate insights.
  • Performance-Driven: Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns with a focus on driving conversions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Expertise in using Google Analytics to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
  • SEM Knowledge: Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM) best practices and current industry trends.
  • Clear Communicator: Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent collaboration skills.
