Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across various search engines, with a focus on Google Ads.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to create effective ad campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring proper structure, ad group organization, and keyword selection.
  • Write compelling ad copy and create landing pages to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust bids and budgets to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Implement A/B testing and experiment with ad and landing page elements.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in setting up, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving successful paid search campaigns with a focus on generating conversions.
  • Expertise in utilizing Google Analytics to track campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, ad group structuring, keyword selection, and bidding strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance.
  • Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM) best practices and industry trends.
  • Fluent English (B2+)
