Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads with a focus on achieving performance or media KPIs.
Utilize expertise in paid search advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, generate insights, and refine targeting and creative strategies.
Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns with performance KPIs.
Proficiency in managing paid search advertising platforms, especially Google Ads capabilities.
Fluent English B2+
Experience working with Google Ads / Paid Social platforms, DSPs or other advertising tools
Experience in Creative Development and Optimization (Canva or similar)
