Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads with a focus on achieving performance or media KPIs.
- Utilize expertise in paid search advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, generate insights, and refine targeting and creative strategies.
- Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
- Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns with performance KPIs.
- Proficiency in managing paid search advertising platforms, especially Google Ads capabilities.
- Fluent English B2+
- Experience working with Google Ads / Paid Social platforms, DSPs or other advertising tools
- Leadership Experience
