Responsibilities

  • Build AI Digital’s brand and boost brand awareness as a leader in programmatic advertising by creating engaging content about our services, innovations, and success stories on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and awareness of AI Digital’s HR brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create compelling content (posts, videos, graphics) that resonates with AI Digital’s target audiences, including potential clients, employees, and industry thought leaders.
  • Manage AI Digital’s social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
  • Lead our Employee Advocacy Program and ensure timely and streamlined execution of the employees’ postings by close collaboration with HR, BDR & Growth (Sales), and Strategy teams. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future content and engagement strategies.
  • Own AI Digital profiles on review portals (G2, TrustRadius, Glassdoor, etc.) and lead the generation of client reviews. 
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Engage with AI Digital’s audience by responding to comments, messages, and industry conversations.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the advertising, tech, or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including best practices, trends, and analytics.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, including writing, video editing, and graphic design (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools will be a huge plus).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex topics into engaging social media content in English. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
