- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-priority client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in performance digital marketing (search, social)
- Experience in strategy development and planning for search and social campaigns
- Team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong client communication skills, including presenting strategies, tactics, optimizations, and campaign results, as well as handling day-to-day communication and status updates
- Strong understanding of the difference between Performance and Media (tools, objectives, KPIs, analytics)
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
