As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading high-value client relationships, driving digital strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful programmatic marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Champion strategic client initiatives, leading a portfolio of high-impact accounts with a focus on trust, value creation, and long-term success.
  • Drive operational excellence across all client initiatives - ensuring every project is executed flawlessly, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Anticipate obstacles before they arise, leveraging insight and experience to navigate complexity, manage risk, and implement forward-thinking solutions.
  • Foster a culture of client obsession, continuously monitoring satisfaction and resolving concerns swiftly and thoughtfully to exceed expectations.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, actively tracking industry shifts, disruptive technologies, and innovative best practices to keep our clients at the forefront of their markets.
  • Communicate with clarity and impact, delivering insightful reports and engaging presentations that showcase results, surface meaningful KPIs, and spark strategic dialogue with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within a dynamic digital agency environment.
  • Senior-level candidates with 5-6+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-priority client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Fluent English (С1 or C2)
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
