
Strategy Manager
As Strategy Manager, you'll turn insights into action- crafting smart media strategies, shaping winning pitches, and guiding teams with trend-driven thinking. Your work will drive innovation, inspire clients, and elevate every campaign.
Responsibilities
- Develop Strategies: Design digital media strategies by uncovering market and audience insights and packaging the recommendations into clear, compelling presentations
- Win New Business: Be an integral part of our new business pitches! Your insights will help shape proposals and ensure they align perfectly with client goals.
- Industry Insights Guru: Develop category overviews, track industry trends, and present compelling updates infused with actionable takeaways and strategic recommendations to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Budget strategies: allocating budgets to support key campaigns and ensuring every brief comes to life in a way that exceeds expectations.
- Understand the Consumers: Develop a detailed portrait of potential consumers, including demographics, lifestyle, values, motivations, and media consumption habits. Monitor shifts in consumer behavior and keep internal teams and clients informed of the latest trends and challenges.
- Create and Inspire: Collaborate closely with the Planning Team to develop innovative and effective solutions for both existing and potential clients. Bring fresh ideas to the table and challenge the status quo to deliver beyond conventional standards.
- Mentor and Educate: Assist the Growth, Planning, and Customer Success teams by providing educational materials, sharing the latest media trends and points of view, and developing comprehensive training programs to enhance their expertise.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze the effectiveness of past campaigns and collaborate with the Customer Success Team to provide actionable insights for existing clients. Identify the most successful campaign strategies and create case studies to share valuable expertise.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in agency strategy, strategic planning, digital planning, media planning, or a related role within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and trends.
- Experience in developing and executing digital media plans across various channels, such as display, search, social media, programmatic, and video.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising tools and platforms capabilities, such as Google Ads, Meta, Display & Video 360, and any other DSPs.
- Experience in creating a comprehensive target audience and industry analysis is a plus.
- Ability to manage large volumes of information and translate it into powerful insights, presented through clear and compelling storytelling.
- Experience in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging digital marketing trends, and new media technologies.
- Natural curiosity and a proactive approach to work
- Fluent English (C1+)
