We are looking for a Supply Partner to join our Demand & Supply Solutions team at AI Digital. In this role, you will play a key part in building and optimizing programmatic supply strategies across top-tier SSPs and DSPs. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure our clients benefit from smart, scalable, and high-performing supply solutions.


Responsibilities


  • Research, create, and optimize deals across SSP platforms like Xandr Monetize, OpenX, PubMatic, and more.
  • Test the deals across various DSP platforms such as TTD, Amazon DSP, DV360, Beeswax, etc.  
  • Master SSP capabilities and translate technical details into clear, client-facing value.
  • Partner with Strategy & Planning to turn smart supply options into packaged solutions for clients.
  • Analyze supply data, test hypotheses, and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Write instructions and support activation on the operational side 
  • Support colleagues across teams with supply expertise and troubleshooting.
  • Build relationships with SSPs and publishers, negotiate, explore new capabilities, and share your knowledge internally and externally.
  • Contribute to improving our knowledge base and team best practices.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic media (agency, SSP, DSP side).
  • Hands-on work with SSP interfaces or DSP platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Xandr Invest, Amazon DSP, Eskimi, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem; knowledge of deal marketplaces is a plus.
  • Fluent English (B2+), with clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Team player who’s proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing multiple requests.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with large datasets.


Nice to have:
- SQL, BigQuery, or scripting skills.
