Prepare, schedule, and distribute internal communications, including various announcements, reminders, and recognition posts
Coordinate and support employee feedback initiatives by managing surveys, collecting responses, and summarizing insights
Provide organizational and logistical support for Culture Committee-led initiatives such as company events, team-building activities, and offsites
Maintain and regularly update the internal knowledge base, including company information, onboarding materials, policy documents, employee FAQs, etc
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage newcomers merch logistics
Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of employee records and confidential documents
Provide administrative and coordination support for ad hoc People & Culture projects, ensuring smooth execution
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support broader departmental and organizational goals
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or assistant role, preferably within Human Resources, People & Culture, Internal Communications, or Operations
Fluent in English (C1 level)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, email newsletters) and document platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slite) is a plus
