We’re building a new high-impact AdOps unit to support Brand-Direct clients with a full-funnel approach — from pre-planning to post-campaign analytics. As Team Lead, BrandWorks you’ll play a critical role in shaping this unit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Mixed Team: Manage and mentor a group of Programmatic, Social, and Search specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery for brand-direct clients.
  • Be the Bridge: Act as the operational connection between your team, Client Services, Strategy, and Growth, aligning day-to-day execution with broader client and company goals.
  • Oversee Key Accounts: Take responsibility for campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels (Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search) for one or two large brand-direct agencies with several sub-clients.
  • Turn Data into Action: Guide your team in analyzing performance and translating insights into strategies that drive measurable client success.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance: Stay ahead of platform requirements, ad specs, and best practices to ensure campaigns meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate and Strategize: Partner with Planning and Strategy teams to design cross-channel approaches tailored to complex client structures.

Requirements

  • Cross-Channel & Full-Funnel Expertise: 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a strong background in Paid Social and Paid Search (Programmatic a strong plus). Solid understanding of the full-funnel approach and how to integrate channels to drive performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading team, with a track record of inspiring and developing talent.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to navigate complex brand-direct structures and design workflows that ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven success in working with multiple stakeholders across Client Services, Growth, and Strategy.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).
