Oversee Campaigns: Lead the strategic direction and optimization of audio, display, and video ad campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Linkedin Ads and more.

Turn Data into Action: You'll guide your team in translating data into actionable strategies, ensuring that our campaigns continually improve and deliver measurable results.

Be the Expert: Stay ahead of the curve on ad specifications, units, and templates to ensure our campaigns are always compliant and performing at their best.‍

Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with the Planning team to develop winning strategies and with the Client Service team to ensure our clients are thrilled with the results.

Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in performance advertising operations, with a significant portion of that in a leadership role.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (B2+) to ensure clear and effective communication.

Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of performance advertising tools, analytics platforms, and how to interpret results effectively.

Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
