Responsibilities
Inspire and Lead: Take charge of our team of Media Optimization Managers, guiding them to deliver outstanding campaign results. Your leadership will be key to our success.
Be the Bridge: Keep our executive team in the loop with transparent updates on campaign progress, ensuring everyone is aligned with our company’s big-picture goals.
Oversee Campaigns: Lead the strategic direction and optimization of audio, display, and video ad campaigns across major platforms, including Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo Ads, Amazon Ads and more.
Turn Data into Action: You'll guide your team in translating data into actionable strategies, ensuring that our campaigns continually improve and deliver measurable results.
Be the Expert: Stay ahead of the curve on ad specifications, units, and templates to ensure our campaigns are always compliant and performing at their best.
Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with the Planning team to develop winning strategies and with the Client Service team to ensure our clients are thrilled with the results.
Requirements
Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising operations, with a significant portion of that in a leadership role.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (B2+) to ensure clear and effective communication.
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, ad exchanges, and data management platforms (DMPs).
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Strategic Vision: The ability to craft and implement strategies that lead to success.
Leadership Excellence: A proven track record of leading teams, inspiring growth, and driving results.
